Raggedy Ann and Andy In Porcelain and Cloth Dolls Ideal

Raggedy Ann and Andy in Porcelain and Cloth.  Limited production by Ideal. These are of superb quality, each standing 16" tall with a fine bisque head, hands and feet  and a cloth body.  Their cherubic faces are handpainted and topped with a mop of red yarn hair.

The year on the box is (c) 1977, 1978 The Bobbs-Merrill Company, Inc.  These dolls were made in  limited number when Ideal got the rights to make Raggedy Ann & Andy dolls.  They had many items at the same time the movie was released.  These dolls were very hard to find.  Certicate of Quality (this is what Ideal called Certificate of Authenticity) states doll was produced in 1983, registration No. 3722.

Item is New, never taken out of the box.  A real special item for the Raggedy Ann & Andy collector.
