Railroad heraldry dates back many generations. Whether your interest is in railroads, American history, railroad modelling, or you just like the designs, our railroad logo embroidery sets are for you.

Each of these designs was manually digitized by an expert digitizer in our commercial embroidery shop. Unlike many of the embroidery designs you'll see on eBay, these were produced on commercial software by a trained professional for correct sew-out with reduced trims, color changes, and proper density to reduce thread breaks while running fast.

These designs are all 2 1/2 inches to 3 inches tall and each design is sized to fit in a standard 4 inch hoop on a home embroidery machine (Husqvarna, Pfaff, Bernina, Brother, etc.) and, of course, will work with any commercial embroidery machine.

Included in this embroidery design set are heralds including the Kansas City Southern Lines, Main Central Railway, the Pennsylvania Railroad, the New York New Haven and Hartford, the Missouri - Kansas - Texas line, also known as the KATY line, the Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Railroad (the little giant), the Pittsburgh & West Virginia Railway, The Soo Line, the beautiful herald for the Cotton Belt Route, a predecessor to the BNSF, the Burlington Route, the Central Vermont Railway, the PRR logo from the 1880's, and two modern logos for our nations largest railroads, the Union Pacific Railway and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway logo.

These embroidery designs are distributed via CD-ROM with each design in multiple formats. It may be necessary to have a card reader/writer or software to prepare the designs for your embroidery machine. The formats are:
