Shipping and Handling

Flat Rate $10.00 to anywhere in the lower 48 states. Please look below for when we ship. Each additional lamp is $7.00.

We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O, or Military addresses as the shipping courier we use will not ship to these locations.

You are responsible with providing the correct address. If an incorrect address is provided, there will be a charge for re-shipping the item or a refund will be issued for the cost of the item only and not the shipping charge.


When We Ship

We ship directly from our location. Packages are shipped every Tuesday or Wednesday with Fed Ex Home Delivery. To make sure your package is shipped by Wednesday, please have payment made by Sunday. Item will arrive within 3-9 days of Shipment.

We guarantee all of our products to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied within 3 days of receiving it, send it back for a refund less shipping and handling. You are responsible for shipping the item back to our location.


If you receive a damage

Our company strives to prevent damages and constantly monitors how items are damaged to help better prevent them.

If you receive a damaged item, report it ASAP (within 12 days) so a claim can be filed with Fed Ex to handle the damage. Do not discard any of the packaging materials, label, or its contents. If there is no response to your email within 36 hours please call toll free at 1-877-227-9856 and leave a message with your name, number, email address, user ID, and item that was damaged. You will receive a new item once the claim is completed and will be informed every step of the way.
