Insurance to cover the total value of every U.S. package will be included in a handling cost for all U.S. customers for $1.70. Every U.S. package will be insured for it's total value at checkout. Additional insurance costs will be covered by us. Priority mail is still offered at a calculated price, and it will be free to add additional items to those packages as well. Please know that though the First Class shipping is free, there will still be a handling charge of $1.70 on each package. You will only be charged the handling fee one time, no matter how many items you combine.
All customers still have 14 days to buy and bid on items and combine them into one package. Please wait to pay for all of your items at once to save money on the package and handling fees. Please wait for a combined invoice before checking out.
International packages will no longer have an additional fee per item to ship. Each additional item after your first purchase will be added to your package at no extra cost within the 14 day period. No insurance is offered for International customers. Priority mail is suggested, and in some countries that is all we offer to avoid any postal or customs issues.
Returns are accepted within the first 7 days after reciept of your item. If you are not satisfied please just contact us and we will work out an exchange or a refund. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping must be covered by the customer. Everything is packaged the best we can for it to arrive safely. Please allow extra time for Holidays and International mailing.
