This durable, practical and good looking raised cat dish was specifically designed by the potter to serve as a wet food dish for cats.  

The overall dish is 3.75" high to the top of the rim.  The attached bowl is wide and shallow - measuring 6" in diameter and .75" deep.  The bowl portion holds 1 cup of wet food. 

This short wet food dish (3.75" high) is only for shorter pets as the Persians, Scottish Folds, Chihuahuas, Yorkies (and other shorter miniature breeds).   Most adult cats will be comfortable with a taller dish (5.25" high).  If your cat is 6" or more to the middle of the chest, your cat will need the tall dish instead of the short dish.   Email if you need help choosing a dish height for your cat.  We'll be glad to help.
