1- What kind of payment do you accept?

3- May I call you with credit card information?

 We suggest you go through the online checkout to complete the transaction with secure credit card payment.Using our checkout will give you the fastest order turnaround.  However you may also call with cc payment at 414-282-1380. 

4- What happens if the item is damaged or defective.?

We will replace all damaged and defective items with the same.  Digital media is easy to copy so under no circumstances will we refund a  non defective CD or DVD that has been opened. You may return factory sealed product for refund.

5- Can you declare my item as a gift for customs and declare a lower value? 

Sorry, we are a business and are required to list all items as merchandise. It is illegal to declare a lower value, so we will need to list the actual price you paid. We don't like to pay taxes anymore than you do but that is the law.

7- Is this item a copy or bootleg?

Absolutely not. Everything we sell is new factory stock (unless noted as a used item). Please be aware that some import CDs and DVDs are not sealed when we receive them.  Under no circumstances do we sell copies or bootlegs.

Music DVDs and Import CDs

Looking for import CDs or Music DVDs? We are your source!!! We currently stock over 20,000 music DVDs and 500,000 import CDs. While we may carry many mainstream titles, we specialize in those unique and hard to find titles that you just will not find at your local Best Buy or Circuit City.

Please note that all items are guaranteed free of defect.  We can not, however, guarantee you will like the music.  Once an item is unwrapped, the only return we will accept is for defective merchandise exchange.  All items we sell are are new stock merchandise. 

Please note that many UK import CDs do not come sealed.
