 Gus Frerotte, Rams number 12, was born on July 31, 1971, in Kittanning, Pennsylvania. Frerotte signed an NFL contract with the Saint Louis rams in the 2006 off season. Gus Frerotte guided the Miami Dolphins to a 9-7 record starting 15 games and throwing for 18 touchdowns against 13 interceptions. He completed 52% of his passes and finished the season with a 71.9 quarterback rating. Frerotte will be the primary backup for Mark Bulger.
