Rare 19thC Sandwich Cut Overlay Glass Banquet Lamp Base!

This rare lamp base is part of a very large cut overlay glass banquet lamp. The large glass column is white in color with cut to cranberry designs and rests on a triple step marble base with brass hardware. It dates from the 19th Century and measures 18 + ½ inches tall overall by 8 inches square across the base. The column itself measures approximately 12 + ¾ inches tall by 4 inches across at its widest. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks in the glass. The center rod has been replaced and there is a drill hole in the brass plate at the top of the base. The glass is not drilled.
