Michael,we live in Torrington CT,06790.we try and offer great items and once in a while we ofer items that HAVE TO BE PICKED up,, about 10 percent of our items.

Per eBays new policies we say this regarding payments outher than ebay::“Contact me for payment methods to pay on pick-up.” This is a small percentage on items and paypal is the preferred payment on this site

 
THIS ITEM IS A: rare item and only  found ONE on google for over 250.00  great working item, heavy and must be valuable as most sites want you to pay to see what it sold for??  about3 3/16"s left to right, clean antique toy! THIS is a  xmas prez for the guy that has it all!

 I sell mostly antiques,collectibles,consigned items  that are all previously owned items are presumed to be used and in "as is" condition unless otherwise noted, with no implied guarantees as I buy items as found.Check out my other items!
 By "as is" I mean I have told you what I know about the item and  do describe damage  and or flaws the best I can.  We do state though if you do not pay for insurance, you agree to have the item shipped at your own risk hands down folks.
We ship on Tuesdays AND Fridays and we try the best we can to get items in the mail after we receive payment.
We ship with the United States Post Office,, sometimes parcel post,sometimes priority mail and try to offer the best shipping we can.
We ask that you pay us within 10 days of the end of the auction and for any reason that may come us, kindly communicate with us please.
We accept  item returns for a full refund ONLY on any item that is found to be substantially not as described in the listing.
 All returns must be made within 7 days please.
We accept Paypal and other eBay related services OR in a rare case, IF the item is picked up So we must ONLY say “Contact me for payment methods to pay on pick-up.”
We do thank you for your time and we always try to work round a time where you can pick up items at my office, sold here on my site just always have to add tax for the few I do sell that has to be picked up as it is called a "local pick up" therefore have to collect and report state of CT tax, sales tax that is!.
