Rare Antique JOJO the Gnome Car Mascot Signed by Dreux

 

Description:

Very rare humorous car mascot depicting a big-headed gnome or elf known as "JOJO".

Made of silver plated cast metal. Created and signed by P. Dreux. Made in France, circa 1910.

This fabulous and seldom seen mascot is shown and described on page 102 and 135 in the "Accessory Mascots book by Dan Smith and many other car mascot reference books.
 

Dimensions:

4-¾ inches (12 cm) tall (without wooden base).

 

Condition:

Plating is slightly worn here and there. Otherwise, it is in very fine to excellent overall condition.
