This is a classic and totally original Federal style rocker from a stately northern Virginia home.... this is a sturdy near perfect rocker with no loose parts and completed untouched since the 1930's when our family acquired it.  Getting older and downsizing the estate so here's an oppurtunity to own a real antique!  Small 1" split on the end of one of the cured one piece chair arms near the seat (and it is hardly noticable but I mention in the interest of disclosure as it is not evident).  That;s right the wide arms are of SINGLE PIECE CONSTRUCTION bent to a "U" curve!  Includes the original iron hardware arm tensioners!  No markings but has been in the family since the 1930's.  Measures:  36" tall by 24" wide by 30" deep.  WE PREFER LOCAL PICK-UP IN MANASSAS, VIRGINIA BUT WILL DELIVER FOR A $35 FEE UPON PAYMENT!  Since you will likely pick-up this item no returns will be accepted..... however if you pay for our local delivery co. you will be allowed to inspect upon receipt.
