Rare British Marx Passenger Set w/ Cast Green Loco

Very rare British Marx passenger set. Includes green painted wind up cast loco with black details. Key and/or wind up socket on motor are stripped and motor therefore cannot be wound. I will leave it to the winning bidder to resolve this issue. Paint loss to loco as shown in photos, particularly to one corner of cab roof.  No breaks to casting, has factory hole in cab floor where tender coupler fits. Motor is fully encased with base plate, and wheels and gears turn freely with gears seeming to be complete. Loco grades Good plus to VG minus. 1314 tender has heavy crazing though from many angles it does not show, and overall grades VG. The 2 Pullmans are very nice coming in at solid VG plus. All wheels, axles and couplers are original and unbroken. Includes 2 original, vintage auction tags from Christie's where the set must have been auctioned at some point. A rare opportunity to purchase this set all at once.
