EARL GRESH
WOOD FISHING LURE
Earl Gresh owned and operated the Wood Parade in St. Petersburg Florida
He started by making wooden buttons, lures, purses and tackleboxes to sell to locals and as his work caught on he grew into the Wood Parade, a museum of wood featuring samples of woods from around the world.
The Wood Parade closed in 1959 due to development.
He devoted his retirement to fishing and died in 1977 at the age of 81.
This lure measures 5 1/4" long (Not including the hardware or hooks) and 1 5/8" tall at the tallest. It is about 1/2" thick.
It is signed as you can see in the photos "Earl Gresh"
This lure was used and loved, please review all of the photos carefully as it shows surface condition and corrosion on the hooks themselves.
Overall a charming lure for your collection.
Please review all photos and ask questions prior to bidding.
