Rare? Foley China Tea Cup? Girl in Pink Dress with Hat

This listing is for what I assume is a tea cup. It has The Foley China England on the bottom and what looks like a C with a W inside. From research I see other people attribute this to Shelley Wileman. I myself do not know. I could find no information on the pattern or what it is called. On one side the girl is walking with a hat in her hand and on the other side you see the back of her in the dress with nothing in her hand. It almost looks like she doesn't have a right arm it isn't shown on either side. The gold trim is worn and whomever used it must have been left handed because some of the paint below gold trim is worn on this side. the gold is also a little worn on handle where your thumb would go if you were using the cup. I tried to show everything in the pictures. If you know anything of this cup please let me know and thanks for looking.
