"Henryk Winograd used the art of repousse and each one of his pieces was designed by hammering pure silver sheets into crafted molds. Winograd
rarely worked in sterling (which is only 92.5% pure), but preferred the
purest form of silver available (99.9% pure silver). As true art
forms, his designs have a sharp, high relief. The delicacy of the
detail of his work is superb and the quality of his execution is
breathtaking. The process requires great talent, patience and dedicated
attention to detail.
Each Winograd piece is unique and is signed and copywritten. Further,
each of his works of art is marked with the characteristic Winograd
hallmark -- "HW999", which is a combination of his initials and the
silver content of the work -- 99.9% silver (considered to be pure
silver)."

Vintage, antique, or second hand jewelry may show some wear and this is part of its overall charm. All listed items will be Wearable and in Good Condition unless stated otherwise. Any necessary cleaning and polishing will be left to the new owner as some collectors prefer the patina of age and also due to the risk of possible damage.

Payments for winning auctions are due within 5 calender days from auctions end.

Shipping
I usually ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. My auctions for the most part end on Sunday, so if you have payment to me by Monday night at the latest, you will be shipped right away. If you wait to pay, I may wait to ship. I have a job outside of Ebay, so I have some limitations. Please try to have payments to me timely so I can ship the same!
I use USPS priority, USPS first class, and USPS media mail however, it does not usually mean next day shipping. Please keep in mind postal rates got raised AGAIN!

Insurance is not included with shipping fee nor is it required, I strongly suggest and urge that you request insurance with your purchase. (Starting in October 2009, as per Ebay changes, insurance will no longer be optional in the listing features. I believe you have the right to choose insurance or not, but with this change I will be forced to include insurance on valuable items and include it in the shipping fee's..... therefore the shipping fee's will be higher)

I will ship internationally, but international bidders you will have a different shipping charge. This includes a handling charge. Contact me for a quote in advance if this is a concern. Also, international bidders will be responsible for any taxes, duties, or tarriffs that are charged. I will not falsify values, or claim the item is a gift, so please do not ask. Outside of the USA, I only accept PAYPAL as form of payment from international bidders.

eBay does allow SHIPPING fees to include a handling charge. This is all inclusive & covers shipping expenses such as gas to post office, bubble envelopes, boxes, shipping labels, packaging material, promotional materials, delivery confirmation fees, internet provider, etc. I do charge a very minimal Handling fee.
All orders include delivery confirmation, to protect both the seller and buyer from false claims. Delivery Confirmation is NOT a "tracking" service. It provides proof to eBay and PayPal that shipments were mailed, and whether or not they were delivered. Once your package is shipped, I have NO way to track it. eBay policy states that sellers are NOT responsible for actual delivery times. Therefore, once your package leaves my hands, it is up to the post office to deliver it in a timely manner. Priority is shipped in a box, while First Class is shipped in a bubble envelope. Please take that into consideration when choosing your shipping method.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FEEDBACK
Ebay now has a detailed 5 star rating (DSR) system. It is important for you to know how that affects me and your other favorite sellers.
Leaving a 4 star rating for a seller should be good.....but it is not that good in the eyes of Ebay. As a seller if any one of our stars falls below a 4.3, it effects how we are able to sell on ebay, where our placement in the search falls, or even if we can sell at all!
I ask you please not to bid and then rate my shipping rates as high. There are no hidden costs. All shipping and handling costs are stated. Each item is wrapped professionally and securely in bubble wrap for jewelry and breakables, and mailed in a timely fashion. This does not mean next day as I am a one person shop! Shipping and handling rates are more than the postage on the package. Gift boxes, packaging and gas, etc. are all taken into account.
I try very hard to earn high ratings so If you think the rates are too high, I would appreciate it if you would not bid on my items. Thanks for your understanding.
