This is a very Rare decorative Qianlong cca 9.5 inch diameter plate . The condition is exceptional. There are no chips or cracks in the plate. There is no restoration done to the plate. 

 The below gives some information on the demands of the makers at this time. This piece is a fine example of the perfection the Emperor demanded. Many pieces were destroyed that did not meet his close inspections. He lived and died a perfectionist.
