Title . Jewish Magic and Superstition

Format .  Hardcover, 1939. First edition, Behrmans. About 10”tall and 8 ½ wide

Cover Condition. Good+, Ware to cover and edges of spine. Corners bent.

Page(s) Condition .Personally inspected and found to be bright and clean throughout. I did see a few dog-eared pages, but no markings of any kind in the text. I do see one old price on the first plank page, the title page is clean.

Binding Condition . No issues to report.

Description   A nice looking book with lovely ruff cut pages. Personally inspected by my myself to be free in any highlighted passages or internal markings.

Truly a amazing and scholarly book on the subject.  The title suggests that the books focus would be on folk remedies and suppression, but that is fare from the case. The book has much broader focus. The Kabbalah and other forms of Jewish mysticism are the true focus, as well as lower forms of magic.

Highly recommended for persons interested in Lilith and the origins of Magic.
