Rare & Unique Rooster Millefiori Paperweight

Up for auction is a very rare and unique rooster cane millefiori paperweight.  It features green and white canes with a red rooster in the center of each cane.  I have never seen one like it before.  I am also no expert on paperweights.  It is signed on the bottom "Schneider" and I have tried to picture that signature on pics #3 & #4.  It is in good condition with no chips and only a few minor scuffs on the bottom.  It has a few tiny air bubbles in the glass here and there. 

The paperweight measures approx. 3 1/2" wide and approx. 2" in height.  Other than that, I know nothing of the age or maker of this paperweight.  If you know any information about this paperweight, I would be happy to include it in the ad.
