It's a win-win situation for both of us. You get a resort that makes you eligible for RCI Membership and the other travel benefits that they offer. We get a resort sold and out of our inventory. Yes, unlike most timeshare resale companies, we take full ownership of most of the resorts we list. That means if we don't sell them, we pay the maintenance fees. It's not so bad with one or two, but try that with several hundred! We also get a customer that knows more about us, and timeshare. Business owners agree, past customers are your best source for new customers (if you take care of them properly).
If golf’s your game, you’ll delight in the area’s two PGA championship courses, driving range, putting green and pro shop. Same goes for tennis, where you’ll make good use of our 16 lighted tournament-style clay and hard courts. The neighboring Wyndham Resort and Spa is also a favorite. You should try one of their herbal wraps or a Swiss shower! In addition to world-class dining opportunities within just a short drive, there’s also some of the best shopping opportunities in the United States just a mile away at Sawgrass Mills Mall.
