Her is an attractive cloisonne umbrella holder, or it can be used as a vase, or perhaps a decorative piece as is. I purchased it several years ago in Chicago at an estate sale. It measures approximaetly 12 inches tall and 5-1/8" in diameter. it has a brass rim, and is beautifully decorated with several different scenes - all done with great care and precision. It's a heavy piece weighing almost four pounds. There ai nothing wrong with it, and as you can see, it has aged beautifully. Good luck, and thanks for looking.
