Made by MINNITOYS company in Canada, around 1959; family toy; never kept outdoor; shows normal time marks on the paint; metal very sharp (no shocks), no rust at all; about 26'' lenght. Crests are like new, except on the rear of the van, partly erased (Red Rose crest).  Remarkable collectible.No original box.
