This is an uncarved diamond willow stick.  My diamond willows are rare and great for making walking sticks and canes.  Carving the blank is easy and fun to do: remove the bark, clean out all the diamond shapes, sand it until you see fit, then put on several coats of finish.  A super activity for the beginner to the expert. 

All my diamond willows were harvested along a river in Nebraska.  Find out why so many people call them the BEST on Ebay!   

The diamond willow described in the pictures is the one you will receive if you are the winner of this auction.

The characteristic are:

  • Ultralight stick at about 99% straight!
  • Has smaller diamond shapes throughout the stick, but are really clustered towards the bottom.  
  • Diameters start at about 1-1/8 inches and slowly tapers to about 1 inch on the bottom.
  • Solid and sturdy
  • Dried for over a year
  • Length is 63 inches
  • It will make the perfect light walking stick or hiker!

Shipping and handling within the United States is $10.95.

*I gladly combine shipping on each extra stick bought for an additional $3.00 per stick.  If you win multiple auctions, wait and I will send an invoice with combined shipping.
