Ray-Ban Warranty Information

Limited Warranty Against Breakage For USA Only

Ray-Ban warrants their sunglasses against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty. If service is required, send the sunglasses with proof of date purchased, postage prepaid, and insurance to:

Please make sure you include a non-refundable processing fee of $12.50 with your sunglasses and your name, return address, and a brief description of the defect or damage. If the sunglasses are returned within the warranty period, and Ray-Ban finds that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the sunglasses will be repaired or replaced at our option and returned to the sender.

Product Repair Program For USA Only

As a courtesy to our valued customers, Ray-Ban provides a repair service for any product not covered or past our warranty period. A repair charge will be assessed depending upon the style of your returned product.  We will notify you of any charges and request payment in advance prior to any repair. Our Selling Policies

Shipping:

All Buyers to provide contact phone number for shipment delivery. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of cleared payment through Pay Pal.
To all UNITED STATES addresses the following shall apply: We ship to all United States addresses except we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping & Handling via 1st Class Mail (Insured) is FREE!  If chosen at checkout Buyer may upgrade to Priority Mail ($7.50) or Express Mail ($19.50).
To all countries we ship to OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES the following shall apply. The foreign shipping & handling the fee is ($32.50) per item.  All orders will be sent via the United States Postal Service’s International Priority Mail. Buyer is responsible for all customs, duty or value added taxes which may become due and payable in Buyer’s home country. Please e-mail us if you would like a quote for shipping & handling costs to other areas outside the United States that we do not list as available.

Payment:

We only accept payment through Pay Pal. The easiest and safest way to pay for your Item!  Buy It Now Items are to be paid immediately. Auction Items are to be paid within 48 hours of the End of Auction.  Please let us know immediately, via Email, if you have a special circumstance that would require our cooperation.  We will report Unpaid Items on the 3rd day following the End of Auction,  making a claim with Ebay and relisting the item.

Returns:

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase it may be returned for a merchandise credit less a $15.00 restocking fee. It must be returned in New Condition with all packaging intact within 7 days of Buyer's receipt of the Item. Buyer must pay all shipping costs for the returned Item. Upon inspection of the returned Item we will issue the (merchandise only) credit.  There are no cash or Pay Pal refunds! Buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from us via Email prior to returning the item. Buyer to return ship the Item (fully insured) at Buyer's expense with the RMA# clearly marked on outside of package. There will be no exceptions to this policy!
