Rückgaberecht:
Sie können die erhaltene Ware ohne Angabe von Gründen innerhalb von einem Monat durch Rücksendung der Ware zurückgeben. Die Frist beginnt nach Erhalt dieser Belehrung in Textform (z.B. Brief, Fax, Email), jedoch nicht vor Eingang der Ware beim Empfänger und auch nicht vor Erfüllung unserer Informationspflicht gemäß § 312c Abs. 2 BGB in Verbindung mit § 1 Abs. 1, 2 und 4 BGB-InfoV und auch nicht vor Erfüllung unserer Pflichten gemäß § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in Verbindung mit § 3 BGB-InfoV. Nur bei nicht paketversandfähiger Ware (z.B. bei sperrigen Gütern), können Sie die Rückgabe auch durch Rücknahmeverlangen in Textform erklären. Zur Wahrung der Frist genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung der Ware oder des Rücknahmeverlangens. In jedem Falle erfolgt die Rücksendung auf unsere Kosten und Gefahr. Rückgabefolgen:
Im Falle einer wirksamen Rückgabe sind die beiderseits empfangenen Leistungen zurückzugewähren und ggf. gezogene Nutzungen (z.B. Gebrauchsvorteile) herauszugeben. Bei einer Verschlechterung der Ware kann Wertersatz verlangt werden. Dies gilt nicht, wenn die Verschlechterung der Ware ausschließlich auf deren Prüfung - wie Sie Ihnen etwa in einem Ladengeschäft möglich gewesen wäre – zurückzuführen ist. Für eine durch die bestimmungsgemäße Ingebrauchnahme der Sache entstandene Verschlechterung müssen Sie keinen Wertersatz leisten. Verpflichtungen zur Erstattung von Zahlungen müssen innerhalb von 30 Tagen erfüllt werden. Die Frist beginnt für Sie mit der Absendung der Ware oder des Rücknahmeverlangens, für uns mit dem Empfang.

Any customer has the right to send the goods back without stating reasons within one month. The deadline starts after receiving this information in writing (e.g. letter, fax or email), however not before arrival of the goods at the receiver and also not before fulfilment of our duty to inform correspondent to § 312c paragraph 2 BGB in association with § 1 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV and also not before fulfilment of our responsibilities correspondent § 312e paragraph 1 phrase 1 BGB in association with § 3 BGB-InfoV. It is possible to define the will of redemption in writing, however only with bulky goods. For keeping the term it will do the timely dispatch of the good or the will of redemption. Consequences of return:  
In the case of an effective return the mutually received benefits have to be refund. 
On debasement of the goods compensation can be claimed. This does not apply, when the debasement of the goods is attributed solely to their checking – just as it would be possible in a store. In the event of a debasement due to a designated use of the goods you don’t have to pay compensation. The liabilities to refund the payments have to be fulfilled within 30 days. For you the deadline starts with the dispatch of the good or the demand of redemption and for us on receipt.
