--Charges up to 4 AA or AAA Rayovac I-C3 batteries in 15 minutes
--Charges regular NiMH or NiCD batteries overnight. 
--Does not charge alkaline or rechargeable alkaline
--Charger lights go out when charging is complete
--Can leave charger plugged in after lights go out
