Re-enactor Mail Armor Shirt 9.5mm FLAT WEDGE rivet

This is the excellent re-enactor mail. 9.5mm ID flat rings of about 1mm, each ring is closed with a historically accurate wedge rivet. This is a nice larger size shirt. about 54" chest (full extension) and 30" from shoulder to hem. Shorter, half sleeves. about 20 pounds. The rings were 16ga before flattening, of course they are stronger than that now, due to hammer hardening and cross section. Sleeves to around the elbow. Mild steel with a baked on oil finish. Fits fine on my six foot two frame. New made, no rust. Ten day inspection period. This 9.5mm is an economy version of the popular 8mm, it is cheaper and lighter but still looks great.
