INTERNATIONAL: Only if an auction is NOT for animals or animal parts - (animal parts includes all freeze-dried critters, insects, insect parts, cocoons, coral, coral jewelry, bone, bone jewelry, etc.) - then I will consider international shipments.  Please contact me before bidding/buying.

USA  SHIPPING  CHARGES:  Flat Rate.  You pay $6.00 for the first item/lot - all additional items in that shipment go FREE!  Most shipments are sent by Priority Mail.  That's right - TOTAL shipping charge for any combined shipment is just $6.00 - whether it's 1 item or 100!  If your invoice does not reduce total shipping cost to just $6.00 then let me know and I will fix it.  I reserve the right to ship by UPS Ground or Parcel Post on exceptionally heavy shipments, but that is very uncommon.

ITEM  DESCRIPTION:

Each bid is for ONE fetal chick.  I have 8 of these listed.  They are all nearly identical in size.  They all show great detail down to the toes and egg tooth.

These are old specimens from a closed biological supply company that have been fixed through freeze-drying.  This process is superior to traditional "skin and stuff" mounting - and the only way to prepare such a fragile specimen and retain the incredible details.

These look mummified.  Very unusual.

They run about 1 to 1-1/2 inches long depending on their positioning.

Great specimens for school studies of embryology and development, fetal comparisons, ornithology, museum exhibits or displays, or your own little side show.  Please check my other items for more really cool critters!
