For Replacement of defective product, buyers must first make a notification to us by email to kktech88hk@yahoo.com within 7 days after delivery.

All Defective / Missing Parts product can be replaced within "14" days after delivery!!  Please Contact us by E-mil or Ebay message, and we will reply you in 1-2 Working days!

KK-Tech Tips

New batteries should be charged for at least 12 hours for the FIRST time use.

Only 2 hours are required for second time recharge and beyond.

DO NOT recharge for more than 3 hours

The Cellular /Mobile phone must be turned off during recharge

Full performance is only achieved after 2-3 complete charge and discharge cycles

Full Refund (Restocking fee deduction may apply) if you are unsatisfied with our merchandise within 14 days, OR Standard USD$3 Restocking Fee will be charged (Depends on the item price)...

Combined shipping and discount?

Shipping fee is fixed for ALL COUNTRIES, including Hong Kong. Combined shipping is not provided but discounts will be offered for purchasing additional items.

Tax or custom fee?

Item will be marked as Gift and standard cost value. No VAT for shipping to UK. But for shipping to Italy, your post office will ask you to pay Euro 5.50 for checking fee (La spedizione in Italia, il vostro ufficio postale vi chiedera di pagare l'Euro 5.50 per il controllo della tassa)

What should I do if my item does not arrive on time (More then 20 Working days)?

When will we ship your item(s)?

Item will be send with in One to Two Working days after your payment is received, “Except Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays”. Standard Delivery time 9-12 WORKING Days for USA/Canada/UK, 5-7 WORKING Days for Asia Countries and up to 14 WORKING Days or more for other Countries (South America / Spain / Argentina…..), (EUR Countries: Italy, France……..).
