Elisa’s hair has been rooted just a few strands at a time. She has beautiful dark blond colored angora mohair that is slightly wavy. I have rooted it very finely just like a real babies hair. This is some of the nicest mohair that I have found and it’s nice and soft! Her hair has been sealed on the inside with a waterproof sealer so her new mommy can very gently wash and style her hair.
Elisa's skin has been colored using Genesis Heat set paints in thin layers. she has a soft mottled complexion and is blushed in all the right places. She has bluish undertones on her feet, hands, arms and face along with faint veining.
Her 10 little fingers and 10 little toes have been painted a very soft muted pink color and then tipped and sealed to give that freshly clipped appearance.
Elisa is a sweet little sleeper! She has rooted eyelashes and I gave her hand stroked brows. Her nose has been opened and backed with dark felt to add depth. Her lips were painted and sealed with a satin varnish.
I used the body that came with this kit. It has jointed 3/4 arms and non jointed full legs so she can wear diapers and those cute little summer sun dresses! She's a very realistically sized baby and bigger than alot of the other kits out nowadays that are 20-21 inches long. I like her size because it's alot easier to buy clothes that fit. I stuffed and weighted her limbs and body with tiny glass beads, Soft Touch Poly-fil Supreme and Poly-Pellets for more weight and realism. Her body and head I left a little floppy so she's super cuddly! NO sand is ever used in my babies so they are free to travel around the world!
All of my reborns are OOAK (One Of A Kind). There will never be another one quite like Elisa so if she's captured your heart, don't let her slip away. She is no longer a play doll and is more suitable for adults or older children. She would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
As always, if you’d like her to have a different name, please just send me an email when the auction ends. I have used strong earth magnets for her pacifier and barrette so special care should be taken around sensitive electronic equipment. Magnets can be easily removed at winning bidders request.

My babies have been shipped throughout the world and I welcome International bidders but payment must be made by PAYPAL ONLY and within 3 days. All international packages are sent Express Mail with full insurance and tracking number. All overseas packages are shipped on Tuesdays & Fridays only because I need to go to the PO to mail them and those are my days off.
