Shipping within the U.S. is by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Your item will ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. I will combine shipping on multiple purchases and additional items have a lower shipping rate. Please contact me to request this. Shipping Insurance is not offered; however, delivery is guaranteed. This means that for US shipments, we guarantee the US Postal Service will record delivery within 10 working days (every once in a great while it takes that long, even though we ship within one business day of receiving cleared payment). If they do not record delivery within 10 working days, we will reship your order on request. However, once the US Postal Service records delivery, our delivery guarantee is satisfied, and our shipment obligation has ended.
International shipping is by EMS (U.S. Global Express). For International shipments, our guaranteed delivery only extends to the point of entry into your country, but again we guarantee that tracking will show that this occurs within 10 working days, or we will reship your order on request. And again, once tracking with the US Postal Service shows point of entry into your country, our delivery guarantee is satisfied, and our shipment obligation has ended. For legal and insurance reasons, we are required to claim the full value of the order on all customs documents for all international shipments. This value is the price you payed for the order, not including shipping. If you have a concern about the amount of customs fees that you may be charged, please contact your local authorities. Customs fees are a tax levied by your country, and we have no control over them, nor any knowledge of what they might be. International shipping rates are as follows: UK, Ireland, Holland, France, Spain - $27.00 - $41.00, depending on the item, + $8.00 per additional item. Return Policy - You may return any item within 30 days for a refund. Items returned must be in the same condition as received, and you must pay the return shipping fee (shipping, in either direction, is never refunded unless the return was my mistake). To return an item, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending item back, otherwise return will not be accepted and refund cannot be issued.
