A little about me.My name is Rosie Burnett and i am the artist here at Roses Cradles Nursery.I'm from a small town in East Texas.I'm a mother of four childern and sevan grandchildren .I've loved babies as far back as i can remember and collected dolls for years,thats how i came across reborns.A dream come true for me.I've been reborning almost two years now.I put lots of love in creating my babies. Each baby is created with both detail and care.I spend many hours on these babies to creat them as life-like and realistic for you to cherish for years to come.Thank you for stopping by my auction and looking in on my newest creation. This sculpt is a Vintage 1987 Cherish kit by artist The late Lee Meddelton,she was painted useing genesis heat set paints.She has a gorgeous complextion that was achieved by painting in many layers and highlighted in all the right places.She was given a soft cuddly, poseable jointed body so her limbs move freely, and stuffed with poly-pellets and polyfill.Baby Cherish has 1/4 arms and 1/2 legs that are weighted with nice clean sand. She has beautiful,silky soft mohair hand rooted and sealed,and tiny eye lashes to match her hair.Her nose has been carefully opened and backed so she is a breather. Reborns are truely sweet babies,and so comforting.Holding one in your arms always brings back such sweet memories. I hope my baby has captured your heart.
