24x3 1/2 Trommel Plant
Up for sale is a like new reconditioned gold trommel plant with brand new 28 inch by 30 foot sluice box and feed hopper in perfect operating condition This plant was fomerly used at the Blue lead Gold Mine in Nevada City, California. I rate this plant at 80 yards per hour and possibly more depending on your material. This plant would fit perfectly on a larger operation or gravel pit. A new trommel this big would run well over a 100,000 dollars without a doubt. We also have a nice yuba duplex jig for sale that would work nice with this unit. Trommel Specs
The trommel is equiped with a 15 horsepower electric three phase motor and gear box that powers the 3/4 ton rear ends. Overall barrel length is 24 feet with a 3 1/2 foot barrel diameter. The new screening section is 1 inch punchplate. A new nugget trap is located in the trommel barrel. The cylinder is equiped with lifters to help break up cemented gravel and conglomerates and aid in washing material thoroughly. This unit is on skids and located in Nevada City.
