Shipping Info

• We will combine shipping for multiple items and multiple auctions. The way it works is that you will pay the full shipping amount for the item with the highest shipping charge. You will then pay the additional item shipping charge for all of the other items in your shopping cart.
• All of our items have a fixed shipping charge.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges including optional insurance
• We will ship to the United States, Canada and UK.
• We will not ship to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address. Most of our items will ship either UPS or Fedex Ground.
• International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes and related fees.

Payments:

• Visa, Mastercard and Paypal are our accepted forms of payment. Paypal is preferred
• After your auction completes you will be emailed instructions on how to pay or you can simply use the pay now feature on ebay
• Payment must be received within 7 days of auction completing or you will forfeit your items
• 5% sales tax will be charged to all VA Residents

Return/Exchange Policies:

• Any returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and require approval from the seller in the form of an RGA number
• Missing or defective parts will be replaced or exchanged.
• 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days item may be returned after receiving RGA number from customer service.
