RECYCLED YARN - THE STORY
This is yarn recycled from always-clean and always-excellent quality sweaters. I don't straighten the yarn, so it will be curly but very usable. I clearly mark any skeins which have multiple knots. This is a non-smoking, cat-friendly home. Most of my business is repeat so you can tell by my feedback that you'll be getting a bargain. You'll love this stuff!

This was a woman's long sleeved crew neck sweater by Express Design Studio and it was a size medium

THE YARN
This yarn is a wonderful blend of 40% Merino wool, 30% rayon, 20% angora and 10% cashmere. The color is a very, very deep gray - nearly black. Merino wool is the best to my mind. Mixed with the angora and the cashmere, this yarn is very rich and soft to the touch. The golf ball is a size reference. One skein has a few knots and is clearly marked. one knot only and are not marked. I don’t think there are any more skeins with knots, but sometimes I forget to mark them - forgive me if there are.

WEIGHT
Total weight of the yarn is 8.4 ounces or 238 grams. It's 26 WPI (this is the number of times you can wrap the yarn around a ruler in a one inch space without overlapping or leaving gaps). This is a lace weight yarn.

THE PHOTO

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping and handling will be will be $4.25 for first class or $5.75 for priority mail with a delivery confirmation provided to you. I’ll pay anything over that. NOTE: USA SHIPPING IS FREE if you use the Buy it Now option (an immediate savings of $4.25). International bidders will be given the USA shipping price break, but will usually pay some shipping. I will combine on shipping if you win more than one auction. Insurance is optional and will be $1.65 per $50.

• Methods of payment: Paypal, money orders or cashier’s checks. No personal checks - PLEASE DON'T ASK! International bidders MUST use Paypal - no exceptions. International bidders, if you use Paypal and submit an e-check versus an immediate payment, it takes 10 days to clear - Paypal’s rules, not mine.
• I ship within 24 hours of payment, and can go to the 24/7 APC machine seven days a week. International shipments can only be shipped Monday through Friday because they must go to the counter, not the machine.
• If you’re not happy with the item, please contact me. I accept returns under most circumstances as long as the item is in the same condition as when you receive it. Unless I have made a mistake in the listing which rarely happens, I’ll refund your purchase price minus the shipping and listing/Paypal fees I paid. If there’s a problem with the listing, or something wrong with the item which I missed, I’ll send a full refund or work with you until everyone’s happy. I truly aim to please.
