About This Piece:

Number 1 in a series of 4 paintings. All paintings are sold separately. Painted with bold acrylic colors by the drip paint method (inspired by Jackson Pollock's art) to achieve layers and depth. Splashes of greens and yellows to give the appearance of leaves in the fall.

Professionally framed in a slick black box frame and ready for hanging. Painting is sealed with a high gloss varnish for protection and shine.

About the Artist:

Ben Walker - My art over the past year has gone from painting Wild Animals and Classic Cars by use of a palette knife to Action Paintings (Drip Style Painting). My Classic Car Series was featured on HGTV's "Save My Bath" (Funky 50's Facilities).

My recent paintings from my "LOVE SEX DEATH" series is done in almost a "Minimalist Action Painting" style. I took a less is more approach and my goal was to get human traits, emotion and to tell a story from very few drips of paint.
