Up for auction I am pleased to offer this Red Floral Rostov Enamel Demi Parure.

Russian Rostov Finift Pendant Necklace & Chandelier Earrings Set.

Handmade and Hand painted detailed set with a fantastic design.

Finift Jewelry is truly a Russian folk art phenomenon. Rostov jewelers mastered the production of artistic enamel in the age of Kievan Russia XII centuries.

Rostov enamels, which shine with motley hues in jewelry pieces, have been one of the most famous Russia traditional folk arts for centuries.

The Enamel work is framed in Silver with filigree work. Look at the backside of the pendant. Cover to protect the enamel work.

The pendant measures 2.25 inches in length to include the bail and is 1.50 inches at the widest part. I found a cheap Chain to add to the pendant... Just to make it a easy ready to wear and you can enjoy as soon as you open the package.

The matching earring have the almost the same floral details and measures almost 1.25 across and are 1.25 in length. Not to include the fish wire. If including the fish wire the are 1.75 in length.

They are for pierces ears only.

The silver content is not marked I believe this is alpaca silver. It is not as fine as Sterling But the craftsmanship make up for it.

Lots of hours of hand painting of each flower and petal. The color work so well together. The enamel are set into a tight filigree setting almost like a dog tooth setting but lot more detail. South Florida Miami Beach has a large Russian Community over the years. It was Purchased from an estate I guess our late client got it as a gift.
