These shirts are new, made by Fruit of the Loom & are tagless. They are 100% cotton. We have embellished these T-shirts with various themes by cutting designs from fabric;  fusing the design to the T-shirt and then gluing it also around the edges to prevent fraying.  They have been laundered once to ensure the design will adhere. The embroidery on these shirts is backed with stabilizer.
