The item for sale is "Red Rose Flora Filipina Barbie", a limited edition from 2001 made by Richwell Trading in the Philippines. Richwell made Filipina Barbie dolls for exclusive distribution in the Philippines from 1991 to 2003, under license from Mattel. The Filipina Barbie dolls wear fashions inspired by traditional Philippine costumes. The "Flora Filipina Barbie" series pays tribute to the country's flowers. "Red Rose" Barbie wears a long-sleeved black organza blouse and red velvet skirt overlaid with green strands. She also has a "panuelo" or shawl that is covered with red rose florettes. Filipina Barbie dolls have a tanned skintone and brown black hair. This doll features the "Mackie", closed-mouth face mold. The pictures shown are of the doll on the liner, from our personal collection. The item for sale is new, never removed from box, never displayed nor played with. The box is in good condition, with some shelf wear. It has been stored in a dust-free environment and comes from a non-smoking home. The pictures at the end of this auction are used to show the design of the front and the back of the Flora Barbie doll box (the doll in the yellow dress -- Sunflower Barbie -- is not included in this auction).
	SALES TAX, SHIPPING, HANDLING, INSURANCE: Buyer pays shipping and handling cost (which includes insurance) to be added to the final price. Additional Ohio sales tax (based on the buyer's zip code) and 6.25% Illinois sales tax will be added to the winning bid for shipments to an Ohio or Illinois address respectively. We ship from either Illinois or Ohio and this is noted above for the location of the item. To take advantage of savings from combined shipping with multiple auctions wins or store items, items must be shipped from the same location. RETURN POLICY: A 25% restocking fee is charged on returns if the reason for the return is you decide not to buy the item. We will offer first class international mail (no insurance and tracking) as an option to buyers who request this, on a case by case basis (for example, we have dealt with you in the past or you have high positive feedback). 1) Paypal and credit cards are the only accepted forms of payment.
2) Shipment will be declared as merchandise and insured for their full value. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Money Back

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for money back, credit or exchange. However, please note our conditions for returns:

   1. You must email us within 48 hours after receipt of your purchase to get return authorization and instructions. We get tracking service on all our shipping so please take note of your date of receipt. All returns must be received by us with a return authorization number.
   2. The item(s) must be returned unopened in the original shipping carton and packing materials (foam, peanuts, packing paper, etc).
   3. If the reason for the return is any of the following: we sent you the wrong item, the item was damaged (see below for details), or we inadvertently misrepresented the item (for example, we had the incorrect picture on our website), we will refund you for the return shipping and insurance cost.
   4. If the reason for the return is you decided not to keep the item, you will shoulder the return shipping and insurance cost and you will be charged a 25% of the purchase price as restocking fee.
   5. The following items are not returnable: "never removed from box" (NRFB) items that have been opened.
   6. Although returning merchandise is generally not a problem, we reserve the right to refuse accepting returns.
   7. For damaged items, we reserve the right to refuse giving credit for the item and shipping costs if we feel that the item was not damaged during shipping.
