SHIPPING INFORMATION: We charge actual shipping, no handling, and we combine shipping on multiple item purchases, to ship in one package. We offer Priority Mail shipping for all U.S. packages, and for items that weigh 13 oz or less after packaging, you can choose First Class, a lower rate, which can take a few days longer to arrive. The USPS estimates Priority Mail to take approximately 2-3 business days (do not count weekends or holidays), and estimates First Class to take approximately 2-5 business days (see note from eBay below*); add 4 business days to these times for E-checks to clear. To change rate and USPS delivery speed, click "change options" in PayPal checkout to make your selection. We usually ship next by the business day and we send shipping notification with USPS tracking number from our business email to your email address registered with PayPal. If the USPS judges that a package is “lost,” we will re-ship the item at no cost to you, so there should be no need for you to purchase insurance.

INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service, First Class International, or Priority Mail International, depending on weight. To most International locations, 4 lbs. and over need to be shipped Priority Mail. Delivery speeds for both of these International rates have been very quick, according to feedback. We have shipped to Canada, Great Britain, France, Spain, South Korea, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Australia, and Japan.  We will ship anywhere US policy does not prohibit.

RETURN POLICY: If you need to return something because of our error, we will replace it and credit your PayPal account for the item and its shipping cost, unless you would prefer an exchange or a credit. If you are not satisfied or if you have another reason for wanting to return an item, email us and we will give attention to your case, individually.

Do not return anything without contacting us first; no credit will be given without prior email communication and authorization.

We do not sell “on approval,” so please do not order with the intention of seeing something before deciding to keep it. If you are undecided, then do not order. We have been selling by mail order since 1993, and have very satisfied customers. Only two items in 15 years have been damaged in shipping, and any errors that we have made, we have corrected to the customer’s satisfaction.
