If payment has not been received by the 7th day after end of auction or winning bidder has not communicated, item will be reposted for auction and feedback will be left accordingly.
Lingerie can only be returned within 48 hours after being delivered. Email for return instructions.
Of course, we do guarantee our products against any defects. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can a product that has been worn be returned to us. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you believe that the product will not fit, we encourage you to return it for an exchange, as we will not allow you to exchange the product if you have "tried it on". If you do order the wrong size, and return for an exchange, you will be charged a $15 maintenance fee and be responsible for shipping cost. Items must be in original condition, has not been worn and still has tags attached

We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. We ship products via UPS, USPS and sometimes FedEx, depending on the item's weight and dimensions. Once your order has been ship you should receive it within 3 - 10 business days. Once items have been shipped we cannot be responsible for any loss. Insurance can be added upon requests.
