Items for sale:
All items are sold "as is", we only accept returns if we have failed to
accurately describe the condition/function of the item.
We sell many different items for our clients and we are NOT experts on any
item we sell. All we can do is accurately photo
document and describe between what we can see and what our clients tell us.
We welcome all questions. Never assume
anything, if you feel you are not 100% sure of what you are bidding
on...please inquire via eBay for further information. We will
post all questions to the actual auction page for others to view.
Condition of items:
Most of our items are collectable. Many are dusty and may have some dirt or
grime on them. We DO NOT CLEAN items. We feel
that we may actually damage the item if cleaned the incorrect way. There for
we leave the restoration process to you the professional
collector who is skilled in the handling and care of these items.
Feedback:
As you can view, we have an excellent track record and maintain 99.9%
positive feedback! Well, that means that during our successful 8 year
tenor under the "Temekuvalley" account we have done many things "right". We
are committed to your full satisfaction! If you should encounter a problem
with any aspect of your transaction, please remember that we did not reach
our high eBay standing by being deceitful, uncooperative or mean! Just let
us know the facts and we will respond with options. All problems are
workable, solvable and when you conduct business with Temekuvalley, highly
unlikely ....and that's a good thing ! We left the day job behind to work on
eBay, this is our business, not our playground.

Freight
costs/shipment methods:
All small items are sent via the USPS. No insurance is granted unless you
pay for it. Some auctions insurance will be required
others you will have a choice. If you fail to purchase insurance, you have
NO claim for damage or lost/non delivered shipments.
Heavy items or large items are sent via UPS. Insurance is included
automatically for orders under $100 when using UPS.
No insurance = NO claim-regardless! Your choice.
Insurance: We make it easy! In the rare case that an insurance claim
need to be filed, we handle everything ! We feel our customers
should not have to go through all the red tape and long wait for the post
office to complete the insurance claim process.
As long as your package has paid for insurance, we will issue a full refund
first and then handle the insurance claim with the
post office.
Please note, our freight charges and
insurance charges are not the same as UPS or the USPS rates which are posted
on their
respective sites. Please do not bid on our auctions
if you feel you do not want to pay for our posted shipping costs.
We post all freight costs on each auction so you the buyer can make educated
decisions on whether you should bid on the auction.
Please understand this! We do not barter before, during or after the
auction.....so if you win.....payment is expected!
Damage items:
We have over 20 years of Global shipping experience and have sold and
shipped everything from expensive guitars to Hugo Boss
suits to vintage collectable items. If an item should arrive damaged, the
best thing to do is simply report to us the facts! Long drawn out
emails rambling on how the item was or should have been packed will not
speed up your claim. In this world, rain does fall, accidents do happen
and shipments can become damaged. Simply report to us the facts and we will
reply with your options! No problem! Again, please note our feed-
back....it tells a lot!
Shipping Times:
You can expect to have your order shipped anytime between
1-3 days after we receive your cleared payment.
This excludes weekends,
holidays and days the Post Office is closed. Typical delivery via the USPS
is from 1-7 days depending on method chosen and includes Saturday
delivery. Under normal circumstances you will receive an email when your
order ships with your tracking number. Occasionally shipments are
processed manually and will not include a tracking number.

Payment for USA buyers:
Paypal-Use any credit card-not required to have an account to use! FREE for
the buyer!
You can also process an E-check via Paypal.
Money Orders-Postal/wire transfer/ any place a money order is sold!
Bank/Cashier checks-Available from your local bank/financial institution.
Personal check-Held until funs clear account. Funds are verified prior to
deposit.
