Item Condition This is a new, unused speaker.  This speaker is being sold as a blemished unit, and has minor cosmetic flaws (small scuffs or finish blemishes) on it's cabinet or grill.  There are no structural, electrical or mechanical defects of any kind.  This speaker has never been played and is new in-box.  This speaker comes with a 1-year fully inclusive manufacturers warranty for both parts and workmanship on the cabinet and driver.  This speaker does not qualify for a trial period.  Please review all details, terms and conditions carefully - all sales are final. This item is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.  Our speaker cabinets are designed to be serviced in the field, by the owner or technician.  They feature a solder-free design of all critical electrical components.  In all cases, defective units can be repaired quickly and easily through the shipment of replacement parts.  Replacement parts, including all shipping charges, must be pre-paid by the owner prior to release by Redstar Audio.  Damaged and/or original parts must be returned to Redstar Audio for refund or credit.  All returned parts or components are subject to inspection, and refunds or credits may be partially or fully denied if the component or part shows any signs of damage due to abuse, misuse or damage due to overpowering or overdriving.  No refunds or credits for replacement parts will be issued until the original part(s) are returned for inspection.  Approved refunds or credits are usually applied within 30 days of receipt of the original part or component.    On approved warranty repair claims, Redstar Audio will refund the shipping charges related to shipping the new part(s) from Redstar Audio to the owner.  Redstar Audio will ship replacement parts via the carrier and shipping method used by the owner to return the original part(s).  All shipping charges related to the return of parts or components for warranty repairs, returns, or for any reason are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  All return shipping charges are non-refundable, including any and all charges for shipping of items returned for warranty repair or exchange.
