  Q:  Do you have this in another size, color, or style? 
  A:  Everything I have in stock is listed.  Please check my other listings and my Ebay  Store.  If it's not listed, I'm sorry, but I do not have it.

  Q:  Is shipping really free?  
  A:  Absolutely!  Shipping is FREE to the United States and only $8.00 to most countries.  I ship daily using USPS Priority Mail which generally takes 2-3 business days domestically, and 6-10 days worldwide.  Express Mail is available for an addition fee and is required for some countries.

  Q:  Do you accept returns? 
  A:  I will accept a return if the item is misrepresented or flawed.  In that case I will refund the selling price and shipping.   I will not accept returns based on size so please check the sizing in the listing.  I may be able to exchange the item for another size.  Please read the refund and exchange policy listed below for further details.

  Q:  How can you offer such great items at such a great price?
  A:  Every item I sell is 100% authentic and can be proven with receipts.  I take advantage of various special pricings, such as buying in bulk, and pass the savings along to my buyers.

  Q:  The size in the picture is different than the size in the description?  Which is it?
  A:  Many times I have several identical items listed under different sizes.  I may use the same pictures for all listings.  Please refer to the description for the size available.

  Q:  Will you accept less than your asking price?
  A:  My prices are set well below retail and are non negotiable.
