Q.  What about durability?

A.  To clean, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not soak, use abrasives or apply cleaning products containing bleach or solvents.  I've run them through the dishwasher without disaster, but they'll last longer if you keep them out of puddles and away from puppy teeth.  And they're most definitely not suited for exterior display.

DESCRIPTION
3" x 2-1/2" fridge photo magnet featuring illustration from a 1906-7 series, The Roosevelt Bears (aka the "Teddy Bear Books"), written by Seymour Eaton (1859-1916) and illustrated by V. Floyd Campbell.

Teddy B. and Teddy G. visit Mexico.

Eaton was a teacher turned writer/newspaper columnist. His involvement with bears began with the "Teddy Bear Jingles" that appeared in Ladies Home Journal magazines, under the pen name, Paul Piper. Strips about Teddy B. and Teddy G. appeared in 20 newspapers in 1906, including the NY Times, and were published as a book the following year by E. Stern.
Rather extensive Googling failed to produce information about artist V. Floyd Campbell. I could not learn the artist's first name and the single reference to his death in 1906 was vague. Vince? Vergil?

Please be advised that my magnets are NOT three dimensional.   They do not light up, make noise or tell time. They are flat pictures.  In other languages that's: El imán es una imagen plana. L'aimant est une image plate. Der Magnet ist ein flaches Bild. Il magnete è un'immagine piatta. De magneet is een vlakke afbeelding.  They are printed on flat flexible 30ml magnetic vinyl with a protective satin-finish top coating and hand finished edges. 
They are roughly twice the thickness and strength of magnetic material found at office supply stores, and the average size magnet holds 1-2 sheets of paper.
Q.  Will the magnet stick to my....?
