Metal regulation notary seal for Muskingum County, Ohio.  Original box and paper insert.  Pouch is torn at one seam and at foldover.  Seal works fine and leaves a nice embossed seal.  Age unknown, but still serviceable.

Do not expect used items to be in perfect condition and ask questions before bidding as all items are sold as is, no returns.  Please do not pay until invoice is received, since shipping is an estimate and you may overpay.  Thanks for looking and good luck in all your bidding!
