Warranty

We warrant the product to be new and free of manufacturer defects.

The warranty covers the table legs, arm extenders, arm sling, head cradle assembly and hardware.

This limited warranty is valid for 5 years from the purchase date and applies to the original purchaser only.

The Warranty does not include vinyl coverings, foam pads or any costs incurred for installation of replacement parts or losses resulting from any inability to use the table. 

Warranty covers standard use of massage table.  Any modification of product will void the warranty in its entirety.

The customer is responsible for all warranty shipment costs. 

Replacement parts will be sent as remedy whenever possible.

This product is intended for experienced adults over 21 years of age only.

The Seller will not be held liable under any circumstance for incidental or consequential loss or damage or injury, due directly or indirectly to the use of this product, including any malfunction from negligence or defect.

The seller makes no claims as to the suitability of this product for any specific purpose or use.

The Buyer holds seller and its agents and affiliates harmless from any liability arising out of or relating to the use or ownership of this product.

Buyer fully accepts responsibility & releases the seller for all & any personal injuries, fatal injuries, death of the user and others, any losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of Buyer or anyone else operation of this item.

Shipping Lost, Damage or Factory Defect

Please understand that, from time to time, shipping lost, damage or a factory defect occurs, and that this is beyond our control.

If you receive items that have defects or damage, please take the following steps:

1) Describe the damage to the outer box
2) Identity which parts need replacement by part # listed on the assembly instructions
3) If possible take digital pictures of the box damage, if any, and the part damage

We will determine together whether the entire item should be returned and a new one sent out, or just a replacement part sent out.

Factory requires us to have the defect item returned to our warehouse for them to evaluate before they reimburse us, and they will not reimburse us the shipping charge even when they admit it is manufacture defect, because of the small margin to sell on ebay, we can not afford to pay the shipping back from you to us.

FedEx only give us three weeks to file claim for damage and/or lost, so open the box immediately after you get it, the earlier you report to us, the better chance we will win the case.

There are very small chance FedEx show the item delivered but you never get it, it can be caused by either dishonest FedEx driver(they steal it, or they simply dump it because they can not find your address), or it can be caused by somebody steal from your front door, there is no place in the FedEx shipping label we can advise fedex driver where to put the box.  We highly recommend you give us your business address to avoid the lost issue.  We can not be responsible for the issue like this.

FedEx will only reimburse us up to $100 if you did not buy the shipping insurance, and that will be the only amount we will reimburse you if you did not buy the insurance.

Order Cancellations

Be careful when bidding or buying on eBay. Once you click Buy It Now, you have committed to purchasing from the seller, and the seller is charged significant eBay fees, some of which are non-refundable, and the seller may lost the opportunity to sell the item to other buyer.  Please ask as much question as you can before you place the order, we will only cancel the order if you can prove to us you have significant financial difficult that you can not pay for it, even for that, we need charge you $10 cancel fee.

Return Policy:

It is buyer's responsibility to ship the item back in the original condition at buyer's cost, under no circumstance will we pay the shipping back.

Items Damaged In-Transit and/or Factory Defects will be repaired or replaced, if you want us to send you another whole set, you need pay to send the original one back at your cost. 

Unused/Not-Desired can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase

Used Returns are not accepted under any circumstances, even just one single use.  This is the only way we can guarantee every item we ship out is brand new and never used, especially this product has a lot of body contact between the product and the user, and can transfer contagious desease through that.  By returning the item, you guarantee that it is never used, we will not refund you if we find out otherwise.
