Sadly, there aren't enough of these for everyone. I'm hoping that someone who is on the spiritual path or a Reiki healer or Lightworker will be the new owner. It is FABULOUS!!! - - - - This pendant is so precious! And LARGE cabochons of this mineral are EXTREMELY RARE! This is a beautiful smooth polished cabochon of Cavansite that I have wrapped to create a unique pendant for eBay. - - - - The back of this cabochon which shows the starburst effect of the natural crystalline formation of the original growth from which the cabochon was made was VERY beautiful, and a shame to put in the back. So I made it the FRONT!

This cabochon was hand-cut and polished in India. I asked the supplier about the Cavansite cabochon, and he said they don’t use any chemicals, dyes, or heat treatments AT ALL! This cabochon is created from the natural mineral and all that was done was to cut and polish it down to this size and shape.

When I think of Cavansite, the very first thing that comes to mind is psychic abilities. This is one of the major properties listed in Melody's book. Cavansite is also said to help release endorphins, which can help promote healing on a cellular level - - - VERY useful for Reiki practitioners and Lightworkers!

This naturally vivid ink blue EXTREMELY rare cabochon of Cavansite was made by a painstakingly gentle process which started with a Cavansite "nodule" crystal specimen. The mineral is NATURALLY this color, very soft, about 3 or 4 on the Moh's scale (Diamond is 10, Quartz is 7), and comes from India. The lapidary artist took a naturally formed "ball" that occurs in nature, and cut and smoothed it until he or she formed this cabochon. The original mineral from which this cabochon was made was very rough to the touch, kind-of like if it was a round, miniature, fragile vivid ink-blue crystal cluster. But now, the core of that little natural "ball" (or plume) is a cabochon! I've included a photo of what a "ball" of Cavansite looks like (from a pendant I wrapped a few years ago) on this page. I wish I could shake the hand of the FANTASTICALLY talented lapidary artist who went above and beyond the call of duty to make this delicate cabochon. So I paid the outrageous price to obtain this very RARE cabochon because the energies of Cavansite are so awesome! You've GOT TO wear it to believe it!

This beautiful amulet pendant is a one-of-a-kind -- an artistic ORIGINAL EXCLUSIVE DESIGN! I made it myself. I selected this ULTRA RARE cabochon of Cavansite, then thought out an initial design in my head. Next, I took straight Sterling Silver wire and my small jewelry pliers, and manipulated and fashioned all the loops and bindings you see in the photos myself. I shaped the Silver to gently form a cozy frame. The swirls of the pendant add a nice touch, and were sort-of dictated to me by the stone, which always happens. The stone is securely held in place in the front and the back with the back open to the skin of the new owner. The photos show the actual pendant you will own if you are the winning bidder. Also, every one of my creations that is offered for auction has never been worn before. When you purchase it, you will be the first person to ever wear it.

Pendant's Approximate Measurements:
Height: 1-1/4" tall, about 7/16" wide, and 5/16" thick at the design swirls part of the pendant. The stone itself is approximately 10mm x 8.5mm x 4.5mm, and weighs approximately 0.5 grams, or 2.5 carats. The bail has a large enough opening that will accommodate a round chain necklace that is as thick as 3mm. And, since the bail is attached so that the pendant swings freely with the wearer, it will not be stiff and get stuck in an awkward position while worn. It will tend to capture the attention of on-lookers, too. ~*~ grin ~*~ (I never solder or use any glue on my creations.) By the way, if you wear this pendant on a choker, it will bobble around along with your motion if it is not lying flat against you.

And (if you are one who feels the energies), this pendant immediately gave me a tingle trail up my back while I held it in the palm of my hand for this reading. I then noticed a focused energy at my Third Eye Chakra, and my ears got hot. WOW!!! Cavansite definitely works on the upper Chakras!! Every once in a while I present a pendant for auction that needs a warning attached. Even though it is small, this is a very potent stone! Please hold onto (or wear) a black rock WHILE having this stone on your person for any length of time BEFORE driving a car... until you're used to the energies. Okay? I've always had a thing for Cavansite. Its energies are at a very high frequency. I simply LOVE it!

Sterling Silver – Metaphysical Properties

I have no medical evidence to substantiate the correlation between wearing this stone and the effects it will have on the wearer. The mystical healing properties offered above were partially paraphrased from one of a series of books by Melody. Melody suggests that the metaphysical properties listed for each stone will have these effects on the wearer WHILE he/she concentrates on the desired outcome. The author further states that this is NOT a substitute for consulting your physician; and I agree. When I wear any of my stones or crystals, I feel empowered by them. Maybe it is just because I WEAR them with specific intentions -- it works because I told my mind it would, OR does it work because of the molecular interaction between my body and the stones/crystals? I do not know. All I know is it seems to work FOR ME.

I tried many photos. Maybe the ones I have chosen to present can give you some idea of the pendant's presence. I hope they do.
