We accept returns on most items we sell. Due to health issues some of our items are not returnable. This would include all Dog Chews. All returns need to be authorized by email and need to have the item number, email address, name and phone number included in the return. All products need to be in the same condition as when you received them with the original packaging still intact. After receiving the product we will refund you the cost of the product less freight and a 10% restocking fee. |
