There are 13 Renwal and Plasco dollhouse miniature items listed in this lot. Four dolls are also included. It is important to me to accurately reflect the condition of all of these items. Many of these pieces have small flaws which is why I am selling them together. Please review the item list and conditions as well as the photos to be sure that this lot is right for you!
Bedroom ~ 4 pieces
Renwal vanity with mirror (B82) ~ Mirror shows wear, other than that it is in good shape.
Renwal 4 drawer dresser with mirror (B83) ~ Mirror shows wear, light scratch on top.
Plasco 4 drawer dresser ~ Sides are a bit warped but drawers still fit and slide in and out.
Plasco twin size bed ~ small chip on side (visible in main photo), good shape everywhere else.
Living Room ~ 5 pieces total
Plasco Fireplace ~ good condition ~ light sratch on mantle.
Plasco green chair ~ light scuffing throughout. The clear glue that connects the green with the legs is showing a bit. No missing legs, sits level.
Plasco blue sofa - same problem with the glue as the chair. There are some "splotches" on it...looks like something splattered on it. No missing legs, sits level.
Plasco Coffee table has the same "splotches" as the sofa. No missing legs, sits level.
Renwal Folding card table (no. 108). Legs open and close appropriately. Small ding on table top.
Dining Room ~ 3 pieces
One Renwal dining table chair (no. 10) ~ Good condition as far as the finish. No missing legs but the front, right leg slants out slightly.
One Plasco dining room chair (D.2.) ~ All four legs are accounted for and it sits evenly. Light scuffing on the seat.
Plasco Dining Room table ~ This table has no markings on the underside but it is the same color as the Plasco chair so I am going with the assumption that it is also Plasco. It must have had accessories displayed on it because the top has scratches. No broken legs, even though one leg looks curved it still sits evenly.
Nursery
Renwal blue, baby carriage (no. 115) ~ This is in really good shape. There is a small crack and another chip on two of the inside wheels that are only noticeable when closely inspected.
Dolls
Mother doll ~ I am not sure of the manufacturer. She has a rubber, bendable body and her dress seems to be permantly attached. She is in pretty good shape given her age but her dress is a little dirty.
Daughter doll - She is obviously the same manufacturer as the mother doll with the same rubber, bendable body. She also is in good shape with the exception of her dress which has a small tear on the shoulder.
Two babies ~ Manufacturer unknown. It seems that the arms were attached by rubber bands which became brittle and then broke. They will need to be re-attached but I have no idea how to do that. Plastic dresses will also need reattached. The paint on their eyes and lips still looks pretty good.
