83mm Replacement Burrs

83mm Outside Diameter x 49mm Inside Diameter x 9.6mm thick, right hand rotation. 

Sharp burrs grind coffee into uniform particles providing optimum extraction quality.  Dull burrs pulverize the beans into various sized fragments the result is inconsistant grind, poor crema, watery espresso, and overall poor quality.  Recommended replacement is once per year for an average volume coffee shop.
